Family,
I am so sorry to hear about James' death.
We were acquaintances for many years. I first met him when I surveyed a piece of land for him on Riggs Chapel Road next to Jim McCarroll. Many times I would stop and talk to him at his variety place on the corner there in Harriman near Lon Me Bridge in Harriman.
James was an intelligent man about many thiings. He was a deep thinker.
I will miss him.

So very sorry to hear of your loss. I grew up right next door to James. He was always such a nice man...I remember him out in the yard playing with his two dogs..can't recall their names but I remember that. He was always so nice to me...I just can't put into words how sorry I am for your loss...you all will be in my prayers today,tomorrow...and in the weeks and months to come |

Connie and family,
I hope you remember me. I am Mrs. Yearwood's daughter from the VANH.. I never was able to come back and tell you how very much your care for my Mom means. You helped make her last day easier. I didn't know or remember your last name. I saw the news a couple of nights ago and put the story together. I am so very sorry for your loss. I saw your pain and sorrow and I so feel for you. I saw strength in you on your job, so I believe you are a strong woman. The loss of our loved ones is hard, but to know they no longer suffer and are in a better place gives us some peace. I wish for you peace, strength, the love of your family, loving memories and God's hand to hold as you walk through this difficult time.. Deepest sympathies.
