Charles E. Vincent Sr. age 82 of Sweetwater passed away Monday, July 19, 2010. He was a veteran of the US Army.  Preceded in death by. Wife: Reva Vincent, son: Charles E. Vincent Jr., Grandson: Jason Sifferd, parents: Bernard and Alice Vincent. Survived by: Daughters and son-in-law: Linda Sifferd, Lisa and Jim Crum all of Sweetwater, granddaughter: Amanda and husband Joe Bivens of Knoxville, brother and sister-in-law: Paul and Ruth Vincent, sister: Elden McCauley, sisters-in-law: Nellie Lonas and Maudine Harrell both of Sweetwater, several nieces and nephews. The body is at Sweetwater Memory Chapel where the family will receive friends, Wednesday, July 21, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM in Sweetwater Memory Chapel with Brother Jim Wilkins officiating. Graveside service and Interment 11:00 AM Thursday in Sweetwater Memorial Park with full military honors provided by the Sweetwater V.F. W.  5156  Gold Star Post and the members of the Monroe County Disabled American Veterans Chapter 93. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the charity of your choice.
