Willis A. (Grumpy) Townsend, Jr. age 63 of Kingston passed away Thursday February 25, 2010 at the MethodistMedicalCenter. He was a Vietnam Vet, he was a recently retired heavy equipment operator working with local 914. He enjoyed fishing and ATV, and was a devoted husband who will be missed dearly. Preceded in death by his father Willis A. Townsend, Sr., brother John (Butch) Townsend and infant son Phillip Shane Townsend.

Funeral 8pmSunday February 28, 2010 in the Kyker Chapel. Burial 11am Monday at BrownCemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8pm Sunday at the Kyker Funeral Home in Kingston
