| Comments | Life is likened to a journey on a train. You begin the journey when you are born and will travel thorugh life to journey's end. There will be many people join you on the train. These will be friends, strangers and loved ones in your life. On my journey, Gordon boarded my train in 1949. Gordon was a friend. There is a saying about life " They may not remember what you did or what you said to those you meet, but they will always remember how you made them feel." Gordon was this kind of person. I shall remember Gordon. I have been blessed by knowing him, Jo and the boys. As he departs my train of life I say goodbye friend. May God Bless you on your final journey. Jim |

| Comments | I am so sorry for the sadness in your lives with Gordon's passing. I pray God's peace and comfort for each of you, his family members. My memories of Gordon go way back to when we were children and he and my brother, Buddy Allen, would team up to play tricks on me. Those memories are funny to recall and are still so vivid. I hope your good memories of Gordon will also remain vivid and be a source of comfort to you now and in the days ahead. |
