Lorena Ingram Raby

Lorena Ingram Raby, age 82 of Sweetwater, TN went peacefully home to be with the Lord Jan.27, 2010 at Wood’s Presbyterian Home. Preceded in death by husband of 55 years Thurston”Bud”Raby. Parents: John & Prudie Sutton Ingram. Brother: Jimmy Ingram and an infant sister Imogene. She was a founding member of Burl’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. Retired from Sweetwater Hosiery Mill.

Survived by; Daughters: Gloria Wright of Kingston, Sharon & Mike Long of Summerville, Ga. Grandsons & Wives: Troy & Lisa Wright of Kingston. Andy Long serving his country in Afganastan & wife Amanda of Seymour; Johnson Air Force Base, NC. Ray Wright of Madisonville, TN. Great]Grandchildren: Brooklyn & Kenzieigh Long. Caitlyn Wright & Kristie Robinson. Great]Great]grandchildren: Braden & Kristopher Robinson. Brother: Roy “Steve” Ingram of Madisonville. Sister: Wanda Doan of Sanford, FL. & Sherry Bryson of Madisonville. A host of loving nephews & nieces. Special Friend: Nina Kate McLemore.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Thursday with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 P.M. in Kyker’s Chapel with Rev. Dean Gipson officiating. The family will meet for an Interment Friday at 11:00 AM at Sweetwater Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Burl's Chapel Church at 509 Lenoir St., Sweetwater, TN.

We are so sorry about your Mother.  All of you are in our thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.  It is so hard to give them up but even harder to watch them suffer, but now she has a perfect body and mind. Again we are so sorry for your lose.

Gloria, I was sorry to learn that your Mother died.  Unfortunately I retruned from Nashville too late last night to get to Sweetwater.  Please accept my condolences.  My thoughts and prayers are with you.
